Anne Sarico obtained her real estate license in 1990, and has been brokering loans for over 20 years. She keeps abreast of changing loan guidelines as the industry undergoes a monumental overhaul to provide safe loan programs and transparency to homeowners.

She adores the Central Coast, and so does her dog, Maya. They love their daily walks on the beach, meeting new friends, and enjoying the fantastic coast.
