Born and raised in Los Osos, Lauryn is a true “SLOcal”, having only left the area for college and some overseas traveling. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis, Lauryn settled into the insurance & financial services industry for 10 years, working in personal and commercial lines insurance, life and annuities, variable products, banking, mutual funds and of course, mortgages. She first started originating loans in 2012 and fell in love with the people, process and products. When the opportunity was presented with Central Coast Lending to originate mortgages full-time and move away from the insurance products, she knew it would be a perfect fit, and it has been. She started with Central Coast Lending in May of 2017 and has earned the “top producer” status multiple times since then. Lauryn’s expertise is residential lending and her passion is helping her clients understand the process, educating them about the various loan types and nuisances, and helping them choose the product which best fits them. She focuses on providing stellar service and communication throughout the loan process with all parties involved and really enjoys working closely with her clients.
Lauryn and her two boys (14 and 4 years old) love the Central Coast and are proud to be lifetime residents. When Lauryn is not with her boys, or hard at work, you can bet she is working out at the gym, or doing one of the many outdoors activities that this area offers.
