Responsibilities:

Loan Application Management: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurate.
Loan Processing: Submit loan applications to underwriting and follow up on the status of applications, addressing any issues that arise.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, rates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best options.
Compliance: Ensure all loan processes comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Qualifications:
California License: Must be a licensed mortgage loan officer in the state of California.
