A resident of Morro Bay for 25 years, Heidi has fifteen years of experience as a loan officer. After graduating Cal Poly with a business finance degree and real estate minor, Heidi has honed her experience as a loan officer at three different companies, including earning “top producer” status while working for one of the largest independently held mortgage banking firms in the western United States.
Heidi’s expertise includes both residential and commercial lending. She helps guide her client’s decision making processes, helping them feel secure that the decisions they make today will be in their future’s best interest.

Heidi and her beautiful husband Michael have a five year old son Noah and a Labrador retriever named Harley. The Kimbrell’s enjoy the beach, surfing, Bikram yoga, travel and life on the Central Coast.
