Kevin has been a California resident for over 50 years. He graduated from California State University, East Bay, with degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Upon graduation, he began working in the finance industry, and spent thirty plus years financing large equipment, and real estate. After a successful career in the corporate finance arena, Kevin decided to work exclusively in the in the exciting world of real estate lending.
In addition to being a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), Kevin is a Notary, Certified Loan Signing Agent, Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Oak Shores Community Association, and an active member of the Fraternal Order of the Elks (San Luis Obispo Lodge).
Kevin has been married to his wife Lisa for over thirty five years. They split their time between the Central Coast, and Northern California. Most of their free time is spent with their three children, and two grandchildren. Their oldest daughter lives in San Luis Obispo, and is an RN studying to become a Nurse Practitioner. Their son is a CPA, and lives in Northern California with their daughter in law. Their youngest daughter recently earned her degree in Liberal Arts, and is working on her teaching credential.
Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring all that California has to offer.
